Terms of service

  • When the client wants to use commissioned art for promotional purposes (story cover, promotional banner/poster image) or direct profit purposes (selling copies, used in videos with monetization.). Please let me know before starting the commission process.

  • Commissions with deadlines must be discussed ahead of time.

  • When uploading the art, please give proper credit by linking to at least one specific social media platform or website or mentioning my username.

  • The client automatically agrees to these terms when commissioning me. If the client violates them, I have the right to cancel the client's commission (with the appropriate refund.).

  • I reserve the right to share/showcase the artwork in progress on social media and tag the client. If the client wishes to keep the art private or only release teasers, I will respect your wishes and do what is necessary.

  • I also reserve the right to change my prices. Prices I'll not be changed if your commission has been accepted and paid for.

  • The client reserves the full right to sell the commissioned art in any form of merchandise (regardless of license, I do not permit the use of my work in any form of blockchain-related commercial use, this includes NFT or future cryptocurrency/blockchain use)

  • Once commercialized, the fee will be paid with the correct credit.

  • Please do not edit or change my work. Cropping for your profile picture is fine, but please do not edit it without my permission.

  • Using my art to train AI is strictly prohibited

  • Semi-Furry

  • Tentacles

  • Weirdcore designs (TV head, multiple eyes, etc)

  • MIlitary designs

  • Short Animation

Can't do:

  • NFT

  • Proship/Comship

  • Non-humanoid character (dragon and stuff)

  • Mecha

  • Extremely muscular character

  • Physically old character

  • R-18

  • Political themes

  • Extremely detailed and complex background

  • Gacha Club/Life edit

Base Prices

image quality is reduce because carrd is annoying

Extra:
- simple color/gradient background: +$0.50
- (not so) complex background (a room, pile of grass, etc): +$10
- extra characters: + base price per character
- extra pet/animal: +$5-10 depending on the animal
- PSD file: +$5
- commercial fee: double the base prices
